Oh, what a night.
OU Halloween 2010.

Monday, November 1, 2010

Well, it's been a while! Sorry for the lack of updating, I've been terribly busy as usual. Not to mention my lack of any sort of editing software for a while, but that's all fixed. So this is going to be a very long post that covers a variety of things.
We start with my trip to Chicago to see Sydney and Shane!

Now back to Athens. On a sadder note, on October 20th there was a candlelight vigil held by the OU LGBT Center in memory of all those who have taken their lives because of bullying and harassment.

Coming up next: Halloween!

Here it is! The Buckin' Ohio Rodeo in Burbank, Ohio on September 18, 2010. This was definitely something new to me, but it was very fun to shoot. As always, feedback is appreciated and welcome. Up next: Chicago!

October Pumpkin Pull- Tractor Pulling.
Such nice people!
Also, this site is being fussy with posting a lot of pictures, so I had to narrow it down.
Oh! and my friends Steven Turville (http://sntphoto.tumblr.com/) and Ian Bates (http://ianbates.wordpress.com/) took pictures here too, so check them out!

It's been rather busy lately, so I've been lacking on the blog. But here is a sneak peak at the Tractor Pull, and I'm still working on getting the Rodeo shots up too

Broadripple is Burning

Front and center for my favorite band in the world, Margot and the Nuclear So and So's, which if you haven't heard of them, then you should look them up. They are outstanding.
Needless to say, it was a glorious night.

Today was a long, long day.
First stop was the India Festival in Columbus, then off to the rodeo in a town which the name escapes me at this moment. But I can't post those pictures yet anyway, so you will just have to wait and see!

Adventuring with my friend Steven! (sntphoto.tumblr.com/)
We went to the ridges (the old asylum) which was a big improvement for me because I don't even like horror movies. Oh it seems that we pretty much walked up every major hill in athens, I'm beyond exhausted. None the less, I'm headed to the PawPaw festival in a bit to continue my non stop shooting weekend.
